  • Authors will receive notification of acceptance or rejection via email.
  • Review outcomes are final and binding.
  • Registration and full payment are required for inclusion in the program and proceedings.
  • Failure to register and pay by the deadline may result in exclusion from the event.
  • Payments should only be made after receiving a proforma invoice with instructions.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, PayPal, bank transfer.
  • Payments made without the invoice may result in complications.
  • All registration fees are non-refundable after payment.
  • Participants should confirm their availability before registering.
  • Registered virtual participants may switch to in-person attendance upon request.
  • Switching from in-person to virtual attendance is not allowed.
  • All changes must be approved by the conference committee.
  • All attendees must follow the IG2025 Code of Conduct.
  • Harassment and discrimination will not be tolerated.
  • Violations may lead to removal from the event without refund.
  • Data collected during registration will be used only for IG2025-related purposes.
  • All personal data will be handled according to our privacy policy.
  • Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Conference organizers does not provide hotel recommendations.
  • Submissions must be original and free from plagiarism; violations may result in rejection and exclusion from future events.
