Thank you for registering for the IG2025 Conference. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
Upon completion of registration and payment of the applicable conference fee, your registration is considered final and binding. All conference registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions will be made, regardless of the reason for cancellation or inability to attend, including but not limited to illness, travel-related issues, or changes in your professional circumstances.
By completing registration and paying the conference fee, you explicitly agree not to dispute or challenge the charge through your bank, credit card provider, or debit card issuer. Initiating such disputes or chargebacks will constitute a breach of this agreement and may result in further administrative actions, including potential suspension from future conference events.
This refund and cancellation policy aligns with standard industry practices for professional and academic conferences, ensuring financial predictability and logistical certainty. Under the principles of contract law, your acceptance of these terms upon registration establishes a legally binding agreement between you and the IG2025 Conference organizers.
This policy is further supported by applicable regulations governing electronic transactions and online agreements, such as the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) and the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN), both recognizing digital consent as legally binding.
For instance, if a participant registers and completes payment, later discovering they are unable to attend due to unforeseen personal obligations or professional duties, the fee remains non-refundable. The conference organizers will not provide partial or full refunds, nor will they honor credit requests toward future events. However, online participation is guaranteed.
