Submission Guidelines

Preparing the Abstract

Authors should submit an abstract of 200 - 400 words clearly outlining the study's purpose, methodology, findings, and implications. Please follow these guidelines:

  • Clearly describe the research purpose, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Ensure the abstract aligns with a conference theme or topic.
  • Use a well-structured format and avoid technical jargon.
  • Make the abstract accessible to a general academic audience.

Abstract Writing Sample

Title: (Centered, bold, capitalized)

Author(s): (Names, affiliations, contact email)

Abstract: 200 - 400 words, including purpose, methods, findings, and conclusions.


Submitting the Abstract



Review Process

All abstracts undergo a preliminary peer review to ensure quality and relevance. Authors will be notified of decisions within 2–3 weeks of submission.


Full Paper Submission

Acceptance of an abstract does not guarantee full paper acceptance. Full papers will be peer-reviewed separately.

Manuscript Preparation

Write your manuscript in English and proofread before submission. Include the following sections:

  • Title
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgements (if any)
  • References

Formatting Guidelines

  • Format in MS Word, A4 paper size
  • Use Times New Roman, 10pt font
  • Number all sections (e.g., 1. Introduction)
  • Label and reference figures, tables, and equations
  • Use APA style for references

Length: Papers should not exceed 20 pages, including references and appendices.


Review and Publication

Submitted papers will be reviewed by field experts. Revisions may be required. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IG2025 conference proceedings and selected journals.
