The registration fees for in-person or virtual participation (in cases where in-person attendance is not possible) are determined as final by the IG2025 Conference Committee. These fees are inclusive of applicable taxes and do not include any discounts.

- The registration fee covers conference participation only. It does not include accommodation, travel, or meals.
- Each abstract or paper requires the lead author to pay the full registration fee. Co-authors attending must also register separately.
- Authors submitting more than one abstract are eligible for a 20% discount on each additional submission.
- “Professional Registration” applies to non-academics, including industry experts, entrepreneurs, and policymakers.
- Students must provide proof of enrollment (e.g., university ID or official enrollment certificate) to qualify for the student rate.
- The registration fee is strictly non-refundable. Please ensure your availability before registering, either in-person or online. No refunds or fee adjustments will be issued under any circumstances, including disputes or emergencies.
- The registration fee is the same for both in-person and online participation. If you are unable to attend physically, you may participate virtually from anywhere in the world.
- Registration includes one conference kit per registered author. Additional kits are available upon request and can be shipped at an extra cost based on courier services.
